By placing an order on shop.siam-outdoor.com you agree to the following terms.
Orders
All products are made to order. Prices are in Thai Baht (THB) and include VAT where applicable. Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.
Payment
We accept bank transfer to Kasikorn Bank and credit/debit card payments via Stripe.
Delivery
Free delivery anywhere in Thailand. Made-to-order items ship in 2–4 weeks. Tracking is provided when the order ships.
Warranty
Every product carries a 1-year official Spatium manufacturer warranty handled locally in Thailand by Siam Outdoor.
Limitation of liability
Siam Outdoor is not liable for damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow the supplied instructions.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
